INGREDIENTS:

540ML OF CHICKPEAS

60ML OF TAHINI

60ML OF LEMON JUICE

2 CLOVES OF GARLIC MINCED OR PRESSED

1 RED PEPPER DICED

PARSLEY AND OLIVE OIL FOR GARNISH

DIRECTIONS:

SOAK CHICKPEAS OVERNIGHT.COOK CHICKPEAS FRY GARLIC WITH MINCED RED PEPPER THEN BLEND INGREDIENTS AND CHICKPEAS TOGETHER IN A FOOD PROCESSOR ADD SALT TO THE HUMMUS  MIX

AND ADD PARSLEY AND OLIVE OIL FOR GARNISH
