INGREDIENTS:

1 TBSP OLIVE OIL

2 ONIONS CHOPPED

2 CARROTS CHOPPED

4 CUPS VEGETABLE STOCK

1/4 CUPS UNCOOKED RICE

1/2 TSP SMOOTH PEANUT BUTTER

1/2 HOT PEPPER SAUCE

1/2 TSP SALT

DIRECTIONS:

HEAT OIL IN POT OVER MEDIUM HEAT ADD ONIONS AND CARROTS AND COOK FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES ADD VEGETABLE STOCK AND BOIL REDUCE HEAT AND COVER POT FOR 20 MINUTES BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH ADD RICE AND COOK THEN COVER FOR 15 MINUTES UNTIL RICE IS SOFT STIR IN THE PEANUT BUTTER SALT AND HOT PEPPER SAUCE AND ENJOY!!!!!!
