INGREDIENTS:

4 GRATED ZUCCHINIS

2 CUPS WATER

2 TBSP FRESH DILL

1 CUP SOUR CREAM

1 TSP SALT

DIRECTIONS:

ADD ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR SOUR CREAM IN A LARGE POT PLACE OVER MEDIUM HEAT AND BRING TO AN BOIL REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM LOW AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES  AFTER 10 MINUTES LET COOL AT ROOM TEMPERATURE THEN PUT IN FRIDGE FOR 7 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT  JUST BEFORE SERVING ADD SOUR CREAMTO SOUP AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY AND ENJOY!!!
