INGREDIENTS:

1 CUP FIRM TOFU CUT INTO CUBES

1 CUP DICED TOFU

1/4 TSP TURMERIC

1/4 ONION MINCED

1 CELERY MINCED

1/4 CUP MAYONNAISE

1 TSP DIJON MUSTARD

1/2 TSP SALT

1/4 TSP  BLACK PEPPER

DIRECTIONS:

USING MEDIUM SIZED POT FILL POT WITH  SALT WATER AND AND BOIL OVER HIGH HEAT ADD THE DICED TOFU AND TURMERIC LET WATER BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES  DRAIN  LET COOL PUT CUBES OF TOFU INTO BOWL ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER FOR TASTE SERVE AND ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
